By using the services provided by Essential MTM, you agree to be bound to by the terms of use outlined below and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

Essential MTM reserves the right at any time to change or add to these terms of use.

Payment

All products require to be paid in full at the time of consultation so we can start to work on your order.

Order timeframes and delivery

We recommend that you book a lead time of 4 – 8 weeks, however we may be able to accommodate a shorter period of time, depending on the product ordered. We will work with you to discuss timeframes.

We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the timeframe indicated by us at the time of your appointment. We cannot absolutely guarantee exact delivery dates or times. This information is indicative only, however we endeavor to deliver your product as close to as possible. We will be in contact with you if there are any changes to delivery timeframes.

What happens after I have placed my order?

One of our specialists will contact you when your order arrives to arrange your next fitting appointment. This next appointment is to address any alterations – if required.

Complaints policy

Essential MTM prides itself on providing an excellent service. If you have any feedback or you would like to report a problem, contact contact@essentialmtm.com. Essential MTM reports all complaints or problems. Essential MTM may research the problem before contacting you. When you have a genuine complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise how the complaint will be handled and when to expect a response. Essential MTM adopts a solution-focused approach, actively involving the customer in the process to make sure all actions required are taken as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Please note: As our garments are especially custom made for you, to your exact measurements and specifications, we are not required to provide you with a refund or replacement due to change of mind.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

·    Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

·    Misused a product in anyway that caused the problem.

·    Asked for a service to be done a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

Faulty products

A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:

·             The Goods have been subjected to fair, wear and tear;

·             Unauthorized modifications or repair of the Goods;

·             The Goods are damaged.
